We are looking for a nonprofit organization to support during our 2015 Holiday Sip and Shop. Submit your own nonprofit or favorite nonprofit and tell us why we should chose them to benefit from our event. Any proceeds we have left over as well as all raffle ticket sales will go to the organization that we choose.
• There is no fee for you to participate in the event, just a donation of your time and service to Vend Raleigh during the Spring Sip and Shop, which is Saturday November 21st from 6:00-10:00pm, at the Halle Cultural Arts Center 237 N. Salem St. Apex, NC
• You will be managing the check-in table. You will need a team of 4-5 hospitable people to assist with this task, whether it is a friend, another Vend Raleigh Member, other individuals associated with the Non-profit or all of the above! Check-in table duties include: welcomeing shoppers, handing out Swag Bags and raffle tickets, selling additional raffle tickets, handing out the informational brochure and directing traffic.
• Along with the duties of the check-in table you are allowed to bring a small display and information about your company. Your time contribution also allows you to include promotional materials for the 100 Swag Bags that will go out that evening. We will also include your business logo on the event website.
• Set up will begin as at 4:00pm and you need to be ready to go by 5:30pm. We will provide 2 6ft tables, and chairs. You will need to provide table coverings.
