My friend Kevin Wiley and I have formed a real estate team dedicated to helping people find the home that fits their lifestyle best.  It’s called Chatham Grace Homes and we are focused on working with home buyers and sellers in the Greater Triangle, Apex and Chatham County areas.  We’ve both lived in the area for more than 20 years and have a wide knowledge of the area, its neighborhoods and amenities.  I hope you will think of us when you or someone you know may be looking for a place to call home.

Even if you aren’t thinking of selling right now, I’d love to help you declutter and organize your home so that it looks market ready at all times! Whether you are looking to declutter a large space or several small spaces or you are just looking to clean up your home, I would love to help you remove the chaos and find the calm.

  • Purging, packing and decluttering your home before a move
  • Decluttering areas such as garages, basements, closets, kitchens, cupboards, home offices, etc.
  • Organizing areas such as pantries, kitchen drawers, desk drawers, kids toy storage areas, under the bathroom sink, and more.  We can use existing materials around the home or find items to purchase that might support your new system. (Expensive bins aren’t always the answer!)
  • Office organizing and developing filing systems
  • Digital decluttering (clearing your inbox, unsubscribing to spam, etc)
  • Additional special projects as needed

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!

My love for houses and helping people has led me to choosing a career as a real estate agent. I grew up with a father who worked in the residential construction business which has allowed me to recognize both positive and negative aspects of housing. I feel it is very important to educate the buyer or seller about the process, listen to their needs/wants, and be their adviser. Buying or selling a house is a very important and challenging task to undertake. I will walk you through the entire process and make it as fun as possible while putting your needs in the forefront. I earn my client’s trust through honesty, patience, and hard work. I will see my clients needs through to the very end and will continue to provide value to the client even after a sale completes.
