If you’re like most business owners, you understand the importance of good bookkeeping and the crucial role that it plays in making sure that your business is being run as efficiently as possible, but you probably don’t get excited about devoting more than 45 seconds of time and energy to the bookkeeping effort.
We’re here to make it easy.
With 16 years of bookkeeping experience, Abbi Tenaglia is prepared to help you as little or as much as you need. If you just need a little bit of guidance and coaching, she can do that. Or if you need someone to completely manage the process for you so that you don’t have to think about it at all, she can do that too.
In addition to QuickBooks, she’s also well-versed in PayPal, Square, 17 Hats, Amazon seller back office, Stripe, E-giving and LulaRoe back office.
Bookkeeping Services:
– QuickBooks set up, training and ongoing support
– Bank and credit card reconciliation monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly
– Sales tax management & reporting
– Payroll services and tax management
– Nonprofit start-up registration with state and federal entities, tax filings, and donor reporting
– Year-end management and reporting, including 1099 e-filing
– Accounts payable and accounts receivable management, weekly or monthly
– Notary services
CPA Liaison Service:
Bookkeeping hourly rates are typically much less than hourly rates for a CPA. For this reason, clients often find it beneficial to engage Abbi to do most of the legwork for their tax preparation at the end of the year, then hire a CPA for an hour to check over the documents and e-file the tax return. This proves to be much more cost effective for the business owner than paying a CPA for several hours of work, and much more efficient than hiring an employee to manage the books all year. It’s a way to cut costs without taking on huge headaches.
Non-Profit Consulting Service:
There are so many needs in our community, and many community members have some fascinating ideas for addressing these needs. But it’s important for nonprofits to know the laws and to ensure proper management of the funds entrusted to them by donors. Abbi started and ran her own nonprofit for seven years before eventually merging with a larger organization. She’s been hired as a consultant by several nonprofits to share her knowledge in the realm of nonprofit management.
Need help? Grab a spot on Abbi’s calendar for a quick 30 minute call to discuss more details.

Empty Frames Initiative is inspired and driven by the heart of the Father.
We believe everyone is created with a purpose.
Our goal is to empower orphaned and vulnerable youth with discipleship,
training in life skills and a supportive community.
Around the world youth aging out of state care are put into vulnerable positions. It’s not uncommon for kids to age out, try to navigate this new road on their own, and then become susceptible to traffickers, get involved in criminal life, or commit suicide. We are looking challenge cultural paradigms and invite people to take part in filling empty frames.
We carry an international vision and, by the Lord’s grace, we are beginning in Raleigh, NC.
