Hi! My name is Meagan and I’m proud to be a Director with Thirty-One. Thirty-One is a company that has changed my life, providing stability for my family and a social network for me. We provide functional solutions for women, for their families and for their homes as well as an extensive array of gifts for throughout the year. With an on trend product line and a competitive workplace environment, Thirty-One has moved onto the national stage as a leading direct sale company.
I am a home organizer helping people Sort, Organize and Simplify their homes. I help create an organizational plan that creates more space, is more efficient and is sustainable for the whole family. I help busy professionals and/or families with children that are too busy and too overwhelmed, people who are downsizing, people who need to declutter to put their house on the market, etc. I am happy to work with anyone looking to declutter and de-stress their home!
After many years of being a full-time mom with a few part time gigs, I’ve decided to jump feet first into a new adventure. Real estate and decluttering services! We are currently living in our third house in Apex in eighteen years. I’ve lived in Wake County for a total of twenty-eight years and consider Apex my true home. Although moving isn’t particularly enjoyable, I always found the house hunting, staging and showing of houses quite fun. I’ve helped many friends declutter, stage and get their homes ready to be sold as well. So, I’ve decided to make a career of it!
My friend Kevin Wiley and I have formed a real estate team dedicated to helping people find the home that fits their lifestyle best. It’s called Chatham Grace Homes and we are focused on working with home buyers and sellers in the Greater Triangle, Apex and Chatham County areas. We’ve both lived in the area for more than 20 years and have a wide knowledge of the area, its neighborhoods and amenities. I hope you will think of us when you or someone you know may be looking for a place to call home. Even if you aren’t thinking of selling right now, I’d love to help you declutter and organize your home so that it looks market ready at all times!
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Hi! Kimberlee and Susan are a mother daughter team of Lularoe Consultants here in Raleigh. We both fell in love with this clothing when we discovered how simply comfortable yet fashionable it is. We feel in love with the buttery soft leggings, and then quickly embraced the whole brand. No longer do we long to get home and change out of our clothes and into “something more comfortable.” Everything that Lularoe makes is comfortable. From the variety of styles of dresses to the to skirts to the different tops, it all just feels good. And to make it even more fun, the prints that are used are continuously changing!
Our inventory is always changing so what you see one day might be completely different the next. Every time we get a new shipment of clothing, it’s a big ol’ surprise! We are always updating our Facebook sales page with pictures of our new inventory. For those that are local to Raleigh, we do offer porch pick up and those that are out of the state we ship. To see what we currently have in our collection join Lularoe Kimberlee and Susan VIP.
If you want to see any of the clothing in person, we often can be found at a pop up boutique in the area. We do advertise when and where we will be on our VIP page. If you’d like to earn free clothing by hosting and in home event, just contact us at [email protected] and we will schedule a party!

Frustrated that good vintage style dresses are either extremely fragile, the wrong shape for today’s bodies or too expensive, I turned to creating my own designs.
I started making clothes for my daughters back in the 1980s. They’re all grown up now, very much into the Vintage scene and my youngest asked if I could make her a dress.
So I returned to college, studied garment construction, pattern drafting and tailoring techniques, developing the skills to make any women/child a beautiful bespoke dress, jacket or outfit for any special occasion.
It’s so lovely to return to exhibiting at craft and vintage fairs, meeting so many new people.
And now I’ve started passing my skills on through a series of sewing classes; from beginners taking their first steps in sewing, to giving intermediates the confidence and experience they desire to create their own garments and designs.

Our founders are Haley Gray, and Christine Schoaff. This company was born when Haley experienced care giving for both of her parents simultaneously, while caring for four small children, and working a full time job. Some of the caregivers which worked with her parents were fantastic. Some of them were not. Some of them outright neglected Haley’s father who had dementia and Parkinson’s, leaving him sitting in a soiled diaper for hours, and leaving him alone while on duty. Other caregivers weren’t so bad, and they just neglected to scoop the kitty litter box, resulting in a nasty, smelly apartment.
Haley spent hours talking to the good caregivers trying to understand what motivated them, and what didn’t. It became clear that most of the good caregivers consider this line of work to be a calling. Frankly, you can’t pay someone to do this kind of work, and expect them to want to do it. They have to WANT to do it. So, the question becomes- how do we attract, and retain the industry’s best and most caring caregivers? We surveyed a number of caregivers and other personnel in the industry to understand what was important to them. Then we set about to start a company which provided those things which were most important to the caregivers.
From the client side of the equation, Haley interviewed a number of other clients, as well as geriatric care managers, pharmacists, and others, to ask them what the best practices are in the industry. By combining their suggestions together, and putting together a business plan as part of Haley’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Concentration at Duke, we had the basis of the company. We use technology where it is appropriate. We also use various low-tech approaches to care giving, such as better access to supervisors, random, unannounced drop-ins, and a note-book sharing system so that caregivers and family can communicate with one another about the state of their loved ones.
What this means for you is this- we aim to provide the best of both worlds. That means, better care for our clients, and a better work environment and conditions for our employees. It is quite simply, a win-win.
We have an amazing team of caregivers and managers in this business. Everyone’s first priority is customer safety, and satisfaction. We aim to be an Extension Of You. To make sure that Your Standards Are Realized.

Paw And Crossbones is a boutique line of personalized accessories for pets and their people. We specialize in travel gear that helps you and your pet get out the door quickly and in style.
My name is Monica Cavanaugh, and I created Paw And Crossbones because I got tired of hauling my sweet mutt’s stuff around in random grocery bags and old corporate totes.
I knew her “luggage” would need to be sturdy, roomy, and be personalized in case there were multiple dogs with her sitter. Thus, The Bundle was born.
The sturdy canvas tote is large enough to fit everything she could possibly need, even for extended stays. The organic muslin food sack holds 24 cups of food, keeping her well fed for several days. The treat bag holds her precious carrots (and occasional cookies, when she’s extra good.) And the stainless bowls are a handy extra so we don’t have to scramble to dismantle her little dining area.
We’re expanding the brand to carry different styles of bags, as well as accessories like custom leash hook signs, custom treat jars, and more! Please check out the Etsy site and follow us on Etsy and Facebook!
