Testimonies-
Meeting with Cary was literally a God-send for me and for my business. I was truly struggling with the direction in which I would be moving our business for the future. Cary was able to understand those difficulties and ask the right questions to help me recognize the importance of knowing what I was really passionate about and how I could use that passion to grow the business. She took the time to look through my website and social media pages and offered great suggestions on how I could improve the look and feel of each one. I have already implemented many of her ideas and I am looking forward to implementing more on our newly updated website. Having started several businesses and Vend Raleigh, Cary has personal knowledge of how to connect to customers, subscribers and others in a truly relational way. If you are looking for someone to get a “fresh set of eyes” on your business, I would highly recommend Cary. Her perspective and advice have been invaluable to me. I am certain that she will bring that same enthusiasm to all her clients.

The consult was great and outside opinion was nice to hear. The write up of [Cary’s reviews were] very helpful in [allowing me to stay present in the consult and not having to take notes, giving me direction after our meeting.]

If you’re like most business owners, you understand the importance of good bookkeeping and the crucial role that it plays in making sure that your business is being run as efficiently as possible, but you probably don’t get excited about devoting more than 45 seconds of time and energy to the bookkeeping effort.
We’re here to make it easy.
With 16 years of bookkeeping experience, Abbi Tenaglia is prepared to help you as little or as much as you need. If you just need a little bit of guidance and coaching, she can do that. Or if you need someone to completely manage the process for you so that you don’t have to think about it at all, she can do that too.
In addition to QuickBooks, she’s also well-versed in PayPal, Square, 17 Hats, Amazon seller back office, Stripe, E-giving and LulaRoe back office.
Bookkeeping Services:
– QuickBooks set up, training and ongoing support
– Bank and credit card reconciliation monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly
– Sales tax management & reporting
– Payroll services and tax management
– Nonprofit start-up registration with state and federal entities, tax filings, and donor reporting
– Year-end management and reporting, including 1099 e-filing
– Accounts payable and accounts receivable management, weekly or monthly
– Notary services
CPA Liaison Service:
Bookkeeping hourly rates are typically much less than hourly rates for a CPA. For this reason, clients often find it beneficial to engage Abbi to do most of the legwork for their tax preparation at the end of the year, then hire a CPA for an hour to check over the documents and e-file the tax return. This proves to be much more cost effective for the business owner than paying a CPA for several hours of work, and much more efficient than hiring an employee to manage the books all year. It’s a way to cut costs without taking on huge headaches.
Non-Profit Consulting Service:
There are so many needs in our community, and many community members have some fascinating ideas for addressing these needs. But it’s important for nonprofits to know the laws and to ensure proper management of the funds entrusted to them by donors. Abbi started and ran her own nonprofit for seven years before eventually merging with a larger organization. She’s been hired as a consultant by several nonprofits to share her knowledge in the realm of nonprofit management.

Hi! My name is Amanda Sulyi and I’m a northerner who transplanted to the south. I lived in Ohio for 25 years, and then moved to Raleigh, NC where I have been for the last 16 years. I am married and the proud mom of almost 10 year old twins, and a 4 year old giant yellow lab.
I started this hobby of making jewelry as something to do while I watched sports on TV. I love watching sports of all kinds, it is a big part of my life. My shop name acutally comes from the nickname of one of my favorite athletes, who is a race car driver. I had made several pieces of jewelry for friends as gifts and they always had told me that I needed to sell what I made. In 2014, my New Year’s resolution was to start an Etsy shop. I followed through on that resolution and here I am. My work is ever evolving, when I get a new idea and go for it…..and I love the outcome.
I truly enjoy it when someone purchase one of my pieces as a gift for a friend or loved one. I believe handmade gifts are the best, because it comes from the heart and there is intention and thought behind such a special gift.
I hope you enjoy what you see…..if you are looking for something in particular, send me a convo and I’d be happy to make something just for you! 🙂
zoo&roo is handmade happiness! I take great pride in the items I design and create – gifts such as custom wine tumblers, keychains and jewelry. My goal is to bring a smile to someone’s face and spread happiness through gift giving. In addition to shopping on my website, you can find zoo&roo in Southern Home Crafts in downtown Apex and Briggs Hardware in downtown Raleigh.

Frustrated that good vintage style dresses are either extremely fragile, the wrong shape for today’s bodies or too expensive, I turned to creating my own designs.
I started making clothes for my daughters back in the 1980s. They’re all grown up now, very much into the Vintage scene and my youngest asked if I could make her a dress.
So I returned to college, studied garment construction, pattern drafting and tailoring techniques, developing the skills to make any women/child a beautiful bespoke dress, jacket or outfit for any special occasion.
It’s so lovely to return to exhibiting at craft and vintage fairs, meeting so many new people.
And now I’ve started passing my skills on through a series of sewing classes; from beginners taking their first steps in sewing, to giving intermediates the confidence and experience they desire to create their own garments and designs.

This handmade paper bead roller holds your paper strip secure so you can wind a tight and consistent paper bead. The winding pin is a diameter of 1/8″. The solid wood 4″ handle is stained and varnished so that it’s easy to keep clean. The larger half inch diameter handle with a spiral groove keeps your grip secure as you wind. Color coded soft-red to indicate the size. The winding pin is approximately 1″ long and may very slightly as the tool is handmade.

OUR STORY
As a freelance website designer and developer, I developed TWTH Consulting with the goal to add a custom touch to each project I work on. I am a hard worker and trustworthy partner for your online presence and bring an edge of creativity & enthusiasm that will set your site apart from your competitors.
OUR APPROACH
I like to first sit down with a company to learn more about their business and how it operates. I find that usually a project may extend beyond the need for just a website but perhaps for tools to also help streamline processes behind the scenes for the business. By taking the time to get to know you and your business better, I am best able to develop a site and tools for you with the thoughts of how the business will grow in the future in mind to make expanding your site easier as the company grows.
I have experience working remotely with clients all over the country and here locally in the Triangle. If you are looking for a website designer, please contact me today. I would love the opportunity to work with you on your project.
